When not in clinic or the operating room, Dr. McCanna enjoys running, cycling, cross-country skiing, travel, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son. 

Dr. McCanna is ecstatic to be practicing in his home state of Wisconsin. He comes from a long line of ophthalmologists - his father and grandfather practiced ophthalmology in the state. His uncle continues to practice in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. He feels honored to serve the Milwaukee community and strives to provide patient-centered, informative care to all.
